How do I place a custom order?
Browse a product, upload or choose your design where available, and check out — or contact us for event packages and bulk quotes.

What is your turnaround time?
Most orders process within 1–3 business days, then ship per our Shipping policy. Custom event packages may need more lead time — ask us when you inquire.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We are based in Houston, TX and ship nationwide.

Returns & quality

Can I return custom items?
Custom and personalized items are final sale. If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, contact us within 7 days with photos. See our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my order is wrong or damaged?
Email contact@redpandaworkshop.com with your order number and photos. We’ll help with a replacement when it’s our error.
